TATNEFT announces figures demonstrating results of operations in December 2012 and since the beginning of the year

Crude Oil Production

The amount of 2,206,902 tons of crude oil was produced at the JSC TATNEFT in December or 100.2% versus December 2011. The amount of 26,005,104 tons of crude oil was produced during twelve months, which was 76,609 tons more than in 2011 (100.3%) with the above-the-plan production in the amount of 605,104 tons (102.4%). 25,527,566 tons of crude oil were delivered with the above-the-plan delivery amounting to 694,266 tons.

The production volume of TATNEFT Group of Companies amounted to 26,306,853 tons of crude oil with the above-the-plan production amounting to 609,490 tons (102.3%).

The amount of 2,768,237 tons of crude oil was produced in December in the Republic of Tatarstan accounting for 100.2 percent versus December 2011. The volume of crude oil for twelve months amounted to 32,707,014 tons or 100.5 percent versus the production volume in 2011.

New Drilling

The new drilling penetration for the year 2012 amounted to 651.1 thousand meters (611.7 thousand meters in 2011). Of this amount 476.9 thousand meters (480.9 thousand meters in 2011) were penetrated for the JSC TATNEFT, including production drilling in the amount of 457.7 thousand meters and exploratory drilling amounting to 19.2 thousand meters.

54 thousand meters (40.9 thousand meters in 2011) were penetrated for subsidiaries of the JSC TATNEFT, including production drilling in the amount of 39.8 thousand meters and exploratory drilling amounting to 14.2 thousand meters.

411 wells (412 wells in 2011) were constructed and delivered to the customers with 295 wells (313 wells in 2011) delivered to the JSC TATNEFT, including 281 wells of production drilling and 14 wells of exploratory drilling.

29 wells were delivered to subsidiaries of the JSC TATNEFT (30 wells in 2011), including production drilling of 24 wells and exploratory drilling of 5 wells.
