Seadrill reach 65.94% ownership in Asia Offshore Drilling Ltd

Seadrill Limited ("Seadrill") has today acquired additional 3,765 shares of Asia Offshore Drilling Limited (the "Company", OSE: AOD). The shares were acquired at a price of NOK 28.70 per share. Following this acquisition, Seadrill will be the owner of 26,376,516 shares in the Company, corresponding to 65.94% of the total number of outstanding shares in the Company.
