SAN ANTONIO, April 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Pioneer Drilling Company (NYSE Amex: PDC) announced today that it plans to release financial and operational results for first quarter of 2012 on Tuesday, May 8th, before the market opens. In conjunction with the release, Pioneer has scheduled a conference call for the same day at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (10:00 a.m. Central Time).
