Palisades Petroleum Corporation signs LOI for oil & gas joint venture

Palisades Petroleum Corporation (PAPT) would like to announce that it has signed a LOI JV on oil and gas projects in the state of Pennsylvania. "We are excited to be a part of this JV where we will be doing reworks on 50 to 80 wells," said Bill Schaefer, President/Director of Palisades Petroleum. "These wells take anywhere from as little as a few days to a few weeks to be in production, which means income coming into the company. We'd also would like to add that we are looking forward to filing a 15c 211 and being OTC current as the company moves into the new year."
