Open Round Colombia 2012 - second call for offers

The Agencia Nacional de Hidrocarburos - ANH (Colombian National Agency of Hydrocarbon) held a meeting, on 7 November 2012, to announce and clarify details on the second call for offers in the Open Round Colombia 2012.
The qualified applicants are to deliver proposals on 28 November 2012 at Bogotá. The proposals will be evaluated on 4 December 2012 and a preliminary list of eligibility will be published. The definitive result list is expected to be released by ANH on 12 December 2012.
