New Zealand proposed 2013 Block Offer

The New Zealand Petroleum & Minerals Division, within the Ministry of Economic Development of the New Zealand Government, has released the proposed acreage release areas for its 2013 competitive Block Offer.

The official release of the 2013 Block Offer is expected to be announced in late April 2013 to coincide with the Advantage NZ: 2013 Petroleum Conference. The release of the 2013 Block Offer will represent the second time the New Zealand Government has exclusively utilised an annual competitive tender process to award new exploration permits.
