Neil Bruce to join Air Energi board

Air Energi Group is pleased to confirm that former AMEC Executive Director and Chief
Operating Officer, Neil Bruce, has joined the company as the Senior Independent Non
Executive Director. Neil has over 30 years experience in the Oil and Gas Industries,
establishing and doing business in over 40 countries through-out the world, with a major focus on Customer Relationships and Service.

Neil became Chief Operating Officer for AMEC in August 2010. He was appointed as an
executive director for AMEC plc in January 2009, having joined AMEC in 1997.

Since March 2009 he has been Chairman of the UK Oil & Gas advisory board of UK Trade & Investment, and in September 2011 was invited to join the UK Government’s new Trade and Economic Growth Board for Scotland.

Neil is a fellow of both the Energy Institute and the Institute of Directors, where he won an award for developing young people. Neil is also a Trustee of the Engineers Against Poverty charity and Honorary Professor at Aberdeen Business School at The Robert Gordon University, where he was recently awarded the honorary degree of Doctor of Business Administration.

Neil was awarded the Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (OBE) by The Queen in Her Majesty’s New Year’s Honours List 2012 for services to engineering.
