Africa Oil Corp. (TSX VENTURE:AOI)(OMX:AOI) ("Africa Oil" or the "Company") announces that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at the Rosewood Hotel Georgia, 801 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, B.C., on May 31, 2012 at 10:00 a.m.
